   As Principal at Platinum Equity, I lead the finance and operations function by liaising and overseeing internal stakeholders, e.g. Accounting, Deal Teams, Legal, M&A Operations, Tax, etc. ensuring alignment across the Platinum portfolio. Additionally, I develop and maintain relationships across Big Four and other professional services firms engaged by Platinum Equity and its portfolio companies.• Coordinate with Deal, M&A Operations teams, and portfolio companies to scope, run, and negotiate competitive audit, tax, consulting, and valuation proposal processes with various professional services providers, including all Big Four firms• Serve as director of various entities across the portfolio• Serve as Chairperson or Co-Chairperson on the Audit Committee of 50+ portfolio companies• Manage quarterly and year-end Audit Committee meetings across the portfolio to meet filing deadlines and to standardize presentations and agendas• Assist portfolio companies preparing for new accounting standards and IPO readiness• Lead annual insurance policy renewals working closely with executive leadership to manage insurance partnerships, insurance budgets & expense forecasts; conduct financial analysis and benchmarking to effectively convey Platinum’s position in the insurance market; and work closely with insurance partnerships to review and advise on insurance provisions in contracts• Risk advocate for Executive Leadership, Legal, Real Estate, HR, Tax & Operations Teams• Interview and assess portfolio company CFOs at time of investment and on an ongoing basis• Engage with Legal and Tax teams across complex legal entity structure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the coordination of statutory audits and other unique global reporting requirements• Supervise internal control and cyber risk assessment process across the portfolio• Member of Valuation, IT Steering, and ESG Committees• Member of Data Risk and Information Security Team
