Provided executive coaching to hundreds of executives managers most commonly on: o Increasing effectiveness and impact in leading change within & across business, o Preparing for promotions and new roles and responsibilities, o Adopting approaches better matched for business\' needs and people\'s potential o Becoming more flexible and adaptive in style working with others. Developed an internal mentoring program for/with millennials and managers in a sales organization. Provided mentoring to lower level managers and millennials. My role was, and is, as a trusted confidante with whom they could explore their direction, personal challenges, and learning about how to navigate organizational politics.
