Ensure all vehicles are serviced, reconditioned, photographed & are posted on the company website within a 72hr window (72hr turn around time) and documenting everything accordingly via spreadsheets that are updated daily• Assisting sales department with vehicle appraisals• The assessment of trade-in vehicles to determine whether ‘Disp.’ and assigning accordingly• The inspection of all vehicles that were purchased at auction to ensure their condition correctly matches the condition reports sent at the time of purchase and notifying the ‘UCM’ of any/all potential issues in a timely manner• Creating and generating QR Code key tags & window stickers for all fresh trade-in and purchased vehicles to assist with inventory as well as key management• Coordinating with Ray in the Detail Department to ensure all trade-in vehicles are cleaned & service tickets have been opened for all pending UCI’s• Completing online vehicle descriptions while ensuring the online descriptions correctly correspond with the physical units• Coordinating with vendors to assign/approve paint/dent work• The assessment of our aged inventory for any/all possible reasons they might not be selling and documenting accordingly via spreadsheet• Assisting the Used Car Manager & Sales Department with different tasks which include- Coordinating with transports driver’s and assist with the pick-up and deliveries of wholesale and purchased vehicles - Assisting Sales Team with any questions/issues to the best of my abilty - Documenting any/all issues/deflects noticed/found on our pre-owned inventory and reporting them to the UCM to be assigned accordingly - Coordinating with fellow employees to achieve daily goals throughout the dealership, discussing possible potential improvements as well as ensuring all company standards are being met.
