   Managed a biotech firm’s pharmacovigilance team through the successful integration of a pharma acquisition. Managed the integration of 18 workstreams across global teams working within a compressed timeline. Successfully accelerated critical project milestones with 50% of workstreams completing early resulting in reduced compliance risk. • Proposed and implemented a portfolio prioritization process for a pharmaceutical company specializing in dermatology. The entire divisional R&D portfolio was prioritized in an interactive workshop refocusing resources on the highest value projects.• Developed and stood-up a system for R&D portfolio management for an innovator in the medical device space. Established portfolio processes, roles, and tools for portfolio decision making and strategy.
