Continuing to build a rewarding career in HR, education and AI Technology with the intent of giving back to the community in the form of education and employment. I have gravitated toward Human Resources and Employment Relations after Graduating with a Masters in Professional Studies from Penn State University. I am competent and well versed in Staffing and Training, benefits administration, employment law, HR Modernization, etc. I currently support and advocate for student employment for career competence and professional development. Visit and support a nonprofit organization supporting emerging professionals.I am also seeking to teach college level courses online/campus at the State and UC level as an adjunct professor. I would welcome opportunities to work remotely through web communications and software as I am intuitive with technology, HRM, and HRIS offering HR consultation in relation to staffing and training.
