Independent Non Executive Director (NED) of AIM-listed semiconductor vendor (AIM: ENSI) targeting the automotive, industrial, healthcare and communications markets. Member of the audit and remuneration committees. I was appointed during the run-up to Ensilica\'s AIM IPO, to provide both industry insight and experience of dealing with strategy and its operationalisation, encompassing executive development (mentoring backed up with some coaching techniques), organisation development, organisational agility (aided by digitalisation, dashboards), new business development, revenue growth and profit maximisation. This is to support Ensilica as it scales-up and evolves its business model.
