With more than 10 years of experience in financial services and a background in leadership dating back to my first management role in the theatre sector, I have built my career around one core principle: transforming challenges into structured, customer-focused solutions.After moving to Berlin in 2013, I entered the financial sector at PayPal, where I learned the foundations of professional complaint handling and escalations. At Fidor Bank, I strengthened my skills in a fully established banking environment. Joining Solaris SE in 2021 marked the beginning of a new chapter: shaping a Complaints function within a rapidly scaling fintech.Since becoming Senior Complaint Specialist, and later Team Leader, I have been responsible for developing procedures, policies, reporting standards, and a robust QA framework, while guiding the team through significant regulatory and operational pressure. Throughout this journey, I have established myself as a trusted leader: motivated by transparency, calm communication, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to the growth of my team.
