I am particularly focused on the following domains: • Enterprise Performance Management – identifying and choosing what to measure, is even more important than the report itself. Using my experience in strategic budgeting, profitability management, KPI-selection and strategy execution, as well as a wide business area understanding, I love helping companies make decisions that bring them closer to achieving their goals • Business Intelligence and Data Engineering – Often BI is considered an IT-function. I believe that business intelligence project requires business knowledge first, and technology expertise second. I love bringing those two worlds together, working in teams that are a mix of both • Data Governance – the majority of data driven initiatives either fail or consume a huge amount of resources to clean up the data.
