Wole (‘Worlay’) Oluyemi is a result-driven senior finance executive (VP Finance track) with ~20 years of progressive leadership experience, leading and shaping high performing teams of 2 to 40+ professionals with responsibility for financial planning and analysis (FP & A), financial reporting, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across different segments of the organization.Worlay currently serves as the Head of Business Performance & Finance (a VP-FP & A role) for Chevron’s Gas assets in West Africa, including the Escravos Gas to Liquids (EGTL) and the West African Gas Project (WAGP), leading the FP & A activities for all Chevron’s $10+ Billion Gas assets in the region, covering strategic planning, financial forecasting, annual long-range budgets, and performance tracking, driving insights into forward-looking performance, and contributing to the company\'s market positioning. He leverages FP & A expertise and demonstrated leadership presence to provide data-backed strategic insights for the Board, C-Suite executives, joint venture partners, and private equity investors, combining strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities to build consensus and inspire focus on corporate priorities.
