Implement designs, architecture, and hardware for the US Army Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) proof of concept project. Creating policies for long term life cycle of the network, end user devices, and infrastructure.• Capture gaps and solutioning policy or design to correct troubles to keep project on schedule.• Planning: creating milestones, define roles and responsibilities, coordinating tasks owners, and scheduling meetings to make sure key milestones are met.• Logistics: work with vendors, Verizon internal, and Business Partners to assure no wait delivery of hardware/software to assure project stays on task. Also make sure no wait delivery is assured for life cycle of EITaaS devices for life of project. • Tracking progress, reporting risks and define mitigation plans for known risks.• Creating Standard Operating Procedures to assure installation of hardware, technologies, and design are implemented as seamless as possible.• Prepare quotes or Build of Materials (BoMs) for vendor hardware required for customer projects.• Work in parallel with Sales Team and Business Partners to deliver best solution for customer’s needs.
