About Workoo Matuko
When I was a kid my family immigrated to Israel. My parents didn’t speak the language, so i became their bridge to the world. From translating prescriptions to filing tax returns, I handled it all. I don\'t remember every task, but I remember the one question I always asked: how can this be done better?Those early experiences shaped how I see every problem. Not as a blocker, but as a gap waiting to be bridged.That\'s exactly what I found myself doing years later in my career, connecting customer pain points to product solutions that create real impact. Today I\'m a Product Manager, owning the integration roadmap for an AI-powered platform that helps enterprise contact centers turn workforce data into insight and action. I\'ve been lucky to wear many different hats along the way, and that journey has given me a lot of perspective on how products are built, sold, and actually used in the real world.
