About Woong Oh

Woong Oh joined Seabury in 2006 and became the Head of the Workforce Analytics practice in 2013. With over 14 years of aviation experience, Mr. Oh provides clients with strategic advice on complex transformational labour engagements including concessionary multi-party negotiations. His expertise is in restructuring analysis and labour negotiations, merger and acquisition due diligence, developing labour cost projections and providing extensive industry research and benchmarking. Prior to joining Seabury, Mr. Oh was part of American Airlines‘ M.B.A leadership program where he held various positions in Finance and International Planning. Mr. Oh has a M.B.A from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.S. from Boston University in accounting.
