ABOUT MIKE WOODY WOODHOUSE
Senior national security professional with more than twenty years of experience working across space, missile defense, and joint warfighter integration.Throughout my career in the United States Army, I had the privilege of serving alongside extraordinary Soldiers, teammates, and partners committed to defending our nation. Those experiences shaped my approach to leadership and reinforced the importance of trust, teamwork, and mission focus.Most recently I served as Deputy Director for Warfighter Integration at the Space Development Agency, where I supported efforts to strengthen the Joint Long Range Kill Chain and advance space enabled missile warning, tracking, and data architectures that improve decision making for the Joint Force.My background includes operational command, NATO interoperability, developmental testing, and theater wide missile defense planning across multiple regions. I enjoy working at the intersection of operators, engineers, and policymakers to help translate complex challenges into practical solutions.Today I continue supporting the national defense mission in industry with Leonardo DRS, where I look forward to helping connect innovative technologies with real operational needs.Outside of my professional work, I founded the Patriot Bros Association, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans and their families, and I am the author of SEAM The Adaptive Strategy Framework for Leaders, which was recognized by the International Impact Book Awards.I remain grateful for the mentors, teammates, and leaders who shaped my journey and continue to believe that the best solutions to complex problems come from strong teams working together.
