Plan and manage product distribution activities to achieve company goals. Develop continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with team members. Monitor and manage inventories at distribution center. Identify appropriate resources and assign workload and schedules to them. Oversee daily operations of team members and provide assistance whenever needed. Perform basic administration duties and maintain clear and complete accounting records. Provide outstanding customer services and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare budgets and manage expenses within budgets. Manage carriers to perform distributions in the assigned routes. Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
