My career has been guided by the belief that public service should build bridges—between people and opportunity, nations and ideas, and education and meaningful careers. From leading a German public-private partnership to my current role in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship, I’ve worked at the intersection of education and apprenticeship policy and international collaboration to connect learning with purpose.At DOL, I help turn policy into progress—supporting the Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Apprenticeship (ACA), providing technical assistance to foreign investors through the SelectTalentUSA initiative, planning and implementing outreach initiatives such as National Apprenticeship Week, and deepening collaboration with international partners including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.I’m driven to design and implement innovative, human-centered strategies that harness emerging AI technologies to build stronger workforce systems—expanding opportunity and preparing people for meaningful careers that sustain our economy and communities.
