It is imperative in this role to develop sales excellence through the development of a talent pool of leaders, who will, in tandem with my direction, implement sales excellence and reflect best practices in sales and account management. It is my responsibility to act as a role model, ensuring active participation in company programs, supporting account pursuits, and ensuring collaboration both internally and externally to garner success and positive relations throughout the sales process.
