Algeria Rebar — First-Ever CVD PetitionDeveloped the first countervailing duty petition ever filed against Algeria on behalf of the Rebar Trade Action Coalition, incorporating novel MTAR (More Than Adequate Remuneration) allegations. International trade professional with over eight years of combined experience at the U.S. Department of Commerce and in private practice, specializing in antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings.
