I am a results-driven Structural Engineer with over 10 years of experience in steel design, project management, and detailing standards, currently working as a Staff Engineer at Cives Engineering Corporation. I specialize in providing efficient and code-compliant connection design solutions, collaborating closely with project management teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.Prior to this, I served as Vice President and Senior Project Manager at a steel fabrication company, where I oversaw project execution from planning to completion. I led cross-functional teams, implemented detailing and inspection standards, and ensured that all deliverables—including drawings, calculations, and safety documentation—met client expectations and industry codes. My leadership contributed to the successful, on-time delivery of over 99% of our projects.I hold a B.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and maintain a strong foundation in AISC 15th Edition (ASD and LRFD) design provisions.
