Managing Director of Real Estate at the Song Family Office, responsible for leading up the real estate venture and investment arm of the family office. Responsible for real estate strategic planning, transactions, and asset management.I serve the public as Chair of the City Planning Commission for the city of Ann Arbor, as well as a Transportation Commissioner for the City. I am also a Board Member for SPARK\'s Business Development board for economic development purposes. I teach UP596 - Fundamentals of Real Estate Development at the University of Michigan in the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. Honored as Crain Detroit\'s 40 under 40 in 2023; inducted into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame, and awarded the CoStar Power Broker as one of the region\'s top producers.Formerly served as Chief Real Estate Officer at Oxford Companies, a leading real estate company in Ann Arbor, MI overseeing 2.6MM+ SF of real estate and $500MM AUM. My primary interests are to apply urban planning academic background and professional experience in commercial real estate development to improve the community and the built environment.
