About Wonseok Jeon

I am a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Qualcomm, where I conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning and reinforcement learning for combinatorial optimization and large language models. I have a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, where I focused on learning from demonstration in the field of reinforcement learning. I have strong skills in artificial intelligence, reinforcement learning, and machine learning, as well as experience in working with diverse and multidisciplinary teams.In my current role, I have achieved several breakthroughs in applying transformer networks for DAGs, peak memory minimization, makespan minimization, and speculative decoding for LLMs. I have also presented my work at prestigious conferences and events, such as NeurIPS, ICLR, and Qualcomm\'s tech summit. I am passionate about advancing the state-of-the-art in ML/RL and creating impactful solutions for real-world problems. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
