About Won-Chul Lee
I am a computational biologist with extensive experiences on cancer genomics. For years, I worked with multi-platform next generation sequencing (NGS) data, such as whole-genome, whole-exome, transcriptome and epigenome data that we generated or obtained from public database (TCGA, CCLE and GTEx).I primarily use Python and R for data analysis, interpretation and visualization in Unix/Linux environment. I can independently perform statistical analysis using machine learning techniques and enjoy testing and benchmarking computational tools and methodologies newly introduced in the field of cancer genomics.
