I am the founder and creator of Black Goat Supply, a ritual object studio based in Portland, Oregon, creating hand-carved ritual stones and symbolic objects.I carve and build symbolic objects from reclaimed and naturally gathered materials — Oregon river stone, salvaged wood, glass, bone, and found elements — shaping each piece slowly by hand. Every object is made individually. No mass production. No laser engraving. The marks of the maker remain in the work.My practice sits at the intersection of craft, symbolism, and spiritual inquiry. The work draws from Basque lineage, elemental traditions, astrology, and archetypal psychology. Many pieces begin with respectfully gathered materials from rivers, forests, and coastlines, following a philosophy of reciprocal harvesting — working with what the land offers rather than extracting from it.The objects I create are designed as anchors for reflection and ritual — stones carried in a pocket, symbols kept on an altar, or objects used in personal practice. Rather than prescribing fixed meanings, I create tools that allow people to develop their own relationships with symbol, intention, and reflection.Alongside physical objects, I develop written reflection guides and symbolic frameworks that help people build personal ritual practices around the objects they live with.Before founding Black Goat Supply, I spent roughly three decades in sales and client-facing work, experience that shaped my ability to read people, communicate clearly, and build independent ventures.Everything that leaves my studio is shaped slowly from materials that already carry history — transformed by hand into objects meant to hold intention, meaning, and
