I provide strategic leadership to supervisors, ensuring our activities align with organizational objectives and maintaining accountability for productivity, safety, and quality standards.I actively monitor shift performance and production schedules, proactively addressing operational challenges to meet targets. Collaboration is central to my approach—I work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and EHS teams to resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure operational alignment across the site.I am committed to developing talent within my team, coaching and mentoring junior leaders and supervisors to build leadership capability.
