I translate complex labor and employment matters into actionable guidance for senior leadership and operational stakeholders.My practice encompasses all aspects of labor relations, including collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns, grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.I also advise HR and operational leadership on a wide range of employment matters—including discipline, terminations, policy development, leaves, accommodations, and wage-and-hour compliance—and defend against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation before courts and administrative agencies.Prior to joining Northwell, I was an associate in the Labor & Employment group at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP in New York, where I represented employers in complex labor and employment matters across multiple industries.Earlier in my career, I served as Chief Operating Officer of the National Women\'s Hockey League, overseeing league operations, budgeting and financial forecasting, human resources, and strategic growth initiatives during a period of significant organizational expansion.
