He moved from Germany to the USA and joined Dynacast in 1991 as a Design Engineer in the Yorktown Heights, NY operations.In 1995 Helmut relocated to Wisconsin, to head the Global Dynacast Engineering/Tooling Division as the General Manager for 6 years. He successfully grew the operations to nearly triple its original output.Following this Helmut moved back to New York, where he held the position of Sales Manager / North East for two years before being promoted to head tool sourcing efforts in Asia and Eastern Europe as the Global Tooling Director for over 2 years. After that Helmut headed the Industrial Products Division as the General Manager for nearly 3 years and effectively managed the integration of the Techmire acquisition in Montreal/Canada.
