It offers the research and ground work to support and shore-up services sales endeavors presenting the correct application approach to customers in 25 industrial sectors. Enhancing manuals effectiveness, customer contacts, possible application criteria, customer’s safety requirement and procedural prerequisite is included. The application curriculum recommends gear-list standards for 450 plus applications and job-specific safety procedures. Manual will also educate as to applications applied in special environments such as on nuclear plant hardware or in fossil fuel-combined cycle power plants, coal mines, refineries, sugar plants, paper-pulp, marine-offshore and food industries, etc. The introduction to these areas is also fortified with past bid work and job reports. Besides the obvious guidance and support for service sales personnel and field technicians the manual receives high marks for its effectiveness especially when utilized within marketing and sales communications to a new or unfamiliar client.
