In this role, I am accountable for overall architecture for ~800 applications supporting CAH\'s $17B Medical Segment. This involves collaborating with internal and external partners, and industry experts to help drive value through future-proof technology strategy, and encouraging innovation at all levels.* Accountable for overall technology architecture landscape for Cardinal Health\'s Medical Segment.* Collaborating with internal and external leaders and industry experts, to define, prioritize and realize strategies.* Understanding business direction, industry trends, current landscape, and help to align technology landscape and investments for optimal outcomes.* Coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of architects to develop related architecture artifacts, such as Business Capability Models, Reference Implementations, Options Analyses, and Key Design Decisions, to help decompose capabilities to technologies, and guide implementation teams towards vision.* Collaborating with other shared teams such as Security, Cloud Architecture, and others to ensure adherence to shared standards * Consulting with solution teams, and providing points of view on best practices and key decisions *\"Connecting dots\" across capability areas for enterprise perspective * Partnering with key vendors to evaluate technologies or continued optimization of existing ones * Involvement in Innovation forums to continue driving innovative, outside-in thinking thru the Organization * Developing talent thru Mentoring, Coaching, and Recruiting internally, and externally including partnership with College Relations
