1) Designing and executing end-to-end UX (and CX) research projects using a wide variety of research methods. These research projects are across various product lines, personas, and stages of the SDLC.2) Providing research insights and POV, from discovery phases (JTBD, etc) to explore phases (prototype testing, etc) to listening phases (continous discovery, analytics, etc), to Product Managers, Design team members, & Engineering teams.3) Creating research operations within the company, including: identifying latent needs for research with product teams, building a research culture within the organisation, managing data, insights and reports, and aligning research roadmaps with product roadmaps.4) Shaping multiple industry-leading O2C Products (Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant) by generating research insights that shape how Product teams develop medium- and long-term product roadmaps.5) Organising and facilitating co-innovation discovery workshops with new clients (top, middle, and junior level) to ideate solutions collaboratively and bring user value to developed products and features.6) Acting as a thought leader in research by educating UX and non-UX professionals about research best practices, and providing evidence-based counsel to Product team(s) when balancing user needs with business/revenue needs.7) Conducting Product Operations: Identifying Product (process) gaps; researching, developing, and proposing processes to increase efficiencies; harnessing product analytics for better decision-making; helping to improve communication between Product teams and the rest of the organisation
