CEO of CIBC the largest independent operator of serviced offices in the south west by location we have 13 offices in and around Bristol city centre and Clifton with over 120 companies and 500+ workstations covering over sq feet.I head up a niche property consultancy specialising and focusing solely in the feasibility assessment, setup and management of flexible offices. To date my team and I have been responsible for the setup and management of a number of very successful businesses including Smart Suite Offices, Maxet House Bristol and Cheltenham, Whiteladies Business Centre, Hollywood Estate, Unity Street Offices, Prince Street Serviced Offices, Fromeforde House Business Centre, Regent Street Business Centre, Little King Street Business Centre and most recently Salisbury House business centre in Southampton.My main passion is for flexible office solutions and my extensive experience of the past 10+ years in the industry have ideally placed me and my team as a first port of call for agents and business owners alike when assessing potential new serviced office projects.As well as my property consultancy I also run Centonex Ltd a successful, multi facetted design and marketing agency providing thought provoking and highly effective creative design marketing solutions specialising in the property and hospitality sectors, established in 2002.
