Maintain proactive approach with Plan Sponsors regarding plan design, law and regulatory changes, technology enhancements and fund changes. Conduct Fiduciary review and plan analytics review with plan sponsor(s) and/or plan committee. Handle difficult client interactions and solve client and/or participant challenges. Coordination of response to plan auditor requests and resolution of auditor reconciliation items. Assist Plan Sponsor with plan corrections and resolving operational defects. Resolve issues on behalf of clients to satisfactory outcome. Conduct fee benchmarking. Facilitate a communication and education strategy through the use of group meetings, one on one meetings or virtual meetings for plan participant enrollments and ongoing participant education. Provide consultative expertise to increase participation and enrollment.
