Expand the OSC (Off Site Construction) businesses of EAS and TAS Working upfront with various Owners, Engineers and Construction Managers in strategic markets to tailor an OSC Engineered Solution to their needs with regard to budget, performance, and schedule and then deliver that project to meet those expectations. Responsibilities: • Foster internal and external relationships and drive sales opportunities for both EAS and TAS • Develop key account customers at the national decision-making level to grow our OSC sales • Understand the needs and capabilities of both EAS & TAS to properly drive opportunities • Understand market trends and develop the best customers/regions to pursue for collective opportunities • Increase sales diversification • Create strategies and opportunities for new business partnerships • Forward thinking and driven to develop the next innovative product sales approach • Develop new customers in new markets we enter such as Edge data centers, Modular Clean Rooms Electrical rooms, Immersion cooling, GenSets, etc. • Build and manage a national Sales team to expand our offering in strategic regions across the country and beyond.
