With 10+ years of experience in buyside investing and the energy sector, I am a versatile and driven professional with a passion for finding and executing value-creating opportunities across various industries and markets. As a Vice President at Siltstone Capital, a private equity firm in Houston, I leveraged my skills in deal structuring, screening, and strategy to source and evaluate potential investments in renewable energy, infrastructure, traditional energy (minerals & working interest) real estate, and venture capital. I also serve as the interim CFO of a commercial real estate asset, overseeing its financial performance and operations. I am motivated to generate superior returns for investors while creating positive social and environmental impact, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of experts and entrepreneurs.In my previous roles, I gained valuable experience in investment banking and as an engineer in the energy industry, working on a variety of transactions and projects involving mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial modeling, and valuation. As an Investment Banking Associate at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and CIBC Capital Markets, I advised clients in the energy infrastructure, upstream energy, power, and utilities sectors on strategic and financial alternatives, and executed multiple deals with an aggregate value of over $20 billion. As a Project Engineer and a Strategic Planning Engineer at Hess Corporation, I worked on the development and optimization of oil and gas assets in the Gulf of Mexico and North Dakota Bakken field, applying both my engineering and business expertise to improve operational efficiency and profitability. I have a strong academic background, holding an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. I am also certified by FINRA with Series 79 and 63 licenses.
