ABOUT WAYNE MATENGO

I\'m an actuarial model analyst, rooted in numbers - but moved by meaning. Currently on the path to qualification, I work at the intersection of strategy, creative and culture where insight becomes impact, and precision meets purpose. My professional foundation is built on analytical thinking: designing models, interpreting risk, and helping organisations plan with clarity and confidence. But my lens is broader. I see strategy not just as a tool for business, but as a framework for life - one must account for people, identity, and the spaces we move through. Outside the spreadsheets, I\'m a creative - painting, journaling, exploring movement and expression. I\'m also a connector, passionate about community, wellness and the shared experience of growth - particularly in young people. My work - whether technical or artistic, individual or collective - is ultimately about the same thing: making things clearer, deeper and more human.
