A passionate Talent & Learning leader with a solid history of successful performance across HR pillars, I thrive on collaboration at all levels of the organization. Combining my passions for both learning and tech, I manage our learning technologies, including the global LMS, 3rd party e-learning platforms and onboarding application with responsibility for new implementation/upgrades, platform design, content quality/governance, marketing and training. I am committed to the success of our global COE and am driven by opportunities for optimization and efficiency through change and process improvement, increasing value-add throughout the organization.As a cancer survivor, I support various non-profit organizations and am an active member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Executive Committee. This year, I am excited to accept the position of Philadelphia\'s Light The Night Challenge Chair.
