He has a BA from Cheyney University, MA from Eastern Seminary and a DD (Hon) from Jameson Christian College. He has studied at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Social Change in Atlanta, and a graduate of the Uni of the Virgin Islands Institute for D&A Treatment The F.B.I. Citizens Academy President and CEO of Brown and Associates LTD, Program Manager for Outley House shelter State Certified Drug / Alcohol and Gambling Addiction Counselor He is an ordained Baptist Minister of 36 years. He is Assistant Pastor of the Bethany Baptist Church in Chester, Pennsylvania, and an ICPC Master Police Chaplain. He also has a weekly religious column that appears in Scoop USA and a daily Blog on his website In the 80’s and 90’s, he traveled around the country motivating youngsters to stay in school and to say no to drugs and violence. He was known as the “Rappin Rev.” He spent 16 months in the U.S. Virgin Islands where he served with the Governor’s Drug and Crime Prevention Program He was also elected and served as City Controller and Councilman of Chester, Pennsylvania He is an Ambassador for the Philadelphia Division of the F.B.I.(Executive Board Member) 1st Vice President of Choices Inc, Dep. Sr. Chaplain of the Chester City Police Chaplain Corp, Sr. Chaplain for Marcus Hook Police Department, Chaplain for the Chester Township Police and Fire Department, President-Law Enforcement Chaplains of Delaware County as well as the PA. Representative for The International Conference of Police Chaplains and a member of the Widener Partnership Charter School Board of Trustees Prince Hall Fraternalism has been a part of his family heritage for three generations. He is presently a Past Master, 33degree, Past Illustrious Potentate. He is presently serving as Worshipful Grand Chaplain and Grand Worthy Patron Order of the Eastern Star, I.B.P.O. Elks of W. and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity He has over 200 awards and commendations
