I’ve always believed that the magic happens when we bring together the dreamers and doers—those who dare to think differently while also rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. My journey has taken me through various roles where I’ve had the privilege of nurturing communities and fostering environments where everyone feels valued. Whether it’s been through my time as an Assistant Director for the City of Fredericksburg or leading charitable initiatives at Agape Construction, I’ve learned that respect is the cornerstone of any successful team.In my role as a caregiver over the past three years, I’ve seen firsthand how compassion can transform lives. It’s not just about providing support; it’s about creating connections that uplift both individuals and communities. This experience has deepened my understanding of what it means to truly care for others—an understanding I carry into every professional endeavor.During my 25 years with Agape Construction as VP for Charitable Endeavors, I spearheaded initiatives that raised over $200K in in-kind support for local individuals who suffered losses not covered by other community resources. It was incredibly rewarding to see how our collective efforts could create lasting change in our community. Similarly, my time with the City of Fredericksburg allowed me to implement programs that enhanced public services for thousands of residents.I’m naturally drawn to the bright and quirky aspects of life—those little details that make us unique—and I thrive in environments where creativity is encouraged. I believe that when we embrace our differences and work collaboratively, we can elevate ordinary projects into extraordinary successes.Outside of work, you might find me volunteering at local events or exploring new hobbies that spark joy—whether it’s painting or hiking trails around Fredericksburg.
