I have over 23 years of experience in multinational companies working for automotive and beverage metal packaging. Every experience confirmed and provided management competences as leadership, team building, team working, capacity to work in stressful environments, company vision, problem solving lean approach improvements and each of them helped myself to meet different cultures and ways to do things, having respect for people and their habits. In my professional career I covered many roles from the bottom to be a plant manager for a site working 24/7 covering all legal aspects and providing the best Ops KPI\'s. I worked in many countries from Japan to US and Emea region where relations with Colleagues and Peers have been always the way to get the best results. My slogan is:\"We win and we lose together\" because one champion in a team can win a battle, but only with team support we can win the war.I am currently interested in examining professional opportunities in top management area characterized by strong leadership and responsibility also in the international sphere.
