The Journey and Change Management Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for enabling Accenture employees to use our systems in the way they are intended. We prepare and support users to successfully adopt changes, in order to drive organizational success and outcomes. Understanding how the users experience the technology, how the technology enhances the way they work, and the expected business outcomes are key considerations for driving the change management strategy. As the Operations Change Lead overseeing multiple messaging, collaboration, and productivity apps, including Microsoft Teams and the M365 suite, I develop and implement user-focused change management, adoption, and training efforts, enabling global employees to work, collaborate, create and connect.
