This included a revamp and relaunch of the Managing Director and Director-level promotion processes, development planning for Citi and the launch and maintenance of bespoke talent programs across the firm.Collaborated across functions to incorporate talent strategy messaging into bespoke communication vehicles such as town halls, function-specific newsletters and standalone events/information sessions.
