Lead Business Analyst working closely with Commercial and Finance teams on the following CIO strategic projects and cost optimisation initiatives: • A single vendor IT Infrastructure contract renegotiation and optimisation with a large IT Managed Service provider providing onshore and offshore services. My focus on quality of business requirements and forensic analysis of the commercials generated significant savings on the renewed contract in line with RSA\'s target operating model. I developed a Change Spend tracking mechanism which tracks the overall Purchase Orders to signed Statements of Work. I also carried out a 3rd party license and maintenance contract review with the suppliers and RSA. • A multi-vendor Managed Service RFP for Application Development and Application Management, Test and Data services covering multiple resource types. My collaboration with the business to create comprehensive requirements in line with RSA\'s operating model resulted in a more streamlined set of requirements. I also developed more stringent and useful metrics (KPIs and SLAs) • A multi-vendor Augmented Resource RFP for CIO covering multiple resource types. Resulted in RSA achieving best rates and value from a streamlined set of trusted vendors. Resulted in tighter procurement process and technical changes to procurement system• Implemented SFIA skills methodology across CIO to rationalise skills in RSA and across multi vendors. This enabled a common understanding of skills across CIO• Implemented a new data model and methodology to capture demand & resources with a blended cost structure for CIO to manage and track costs working closely with the internal Demand and Supply team.My role covered vast amounts of forensic analysis of the contract, involved the manipulation of large financial datasets for the CIO, gap analysis, development of complex business requirements and RACI, financial models and process maps. These allowed me to establish and pursue cost savings.
