ABOUT WESLEY WADE
Mental health and career development are intertwined realities we all experience. When we design and lead efforts to increase DEI within an organization, we are also addressing aspects of mental health and career development, whether intentionally or not. As a consultant and researcher, my work focuses on merging these realities through the lens of intersectionality to help organizations achieve DEI goals. As a clinical mental health counselor, my work focuses on helping neurodivergent individuals embrace their mental health while thriving professionally and personally. I come to this work through my own experiences around racism, ableism, and mental health, My work and academic experience was non-linear before it became cool, which means I might not look like your vision of an organizational leader, but the evidence is in my work!
