Integrated a new German lab partner onto our diagnostics platform, servicing 8 different test kits over 2 launches. This project was the first to make use of our new EHR from Smile Digital Health.Subsequently re-integrated the existing UK and Ireland lab partner onto the diagnostics platform, servicing another 40+ different test kits. Ultimately, this project was paused to work on new priorities, but I am proud my engineering plan made this easy.Led the team and technical vision on simplifying the re-ordering process for any treatment offered by ZAVA, delivering on growth goals by the product team. Most challenging was handling patient safety risk, which we solved with security reviews and secondary validation checks.Line managed between 3 and 7 engineers over this time, focused on culture, career development and accomplishment recognition.
