Selected career accomplishments include-Partnering with the president of the Rutgers University Foundation in procuring a $30M gift in support of Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care — the largest gift in the history of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences and the second-largest gift in the history of Rutgers University-Restructured the Boards of Visitors Volunteer Program, successfully driving a 40% growth in board membership of high-net-worth major gift prospects.My greatest success has been successfully transforming underperforming organizations to achieve major profits.
