About William Brouwer
Over the years I\'ve worked in several domains although I tend to engage most in GPU, high performance and cloud computation, as applied to physics, computer vision, document engineering and O&G domain problems.I get a kick out of creative-subversive types, but enjoy many different personality types and cultures. My wife and I have been happily together 25 + years, during which time we\'ve traveled extensively, helped with or led various youth groups, renovated a house from 1860, and amassed a small collection of classic vehicles, to name several accomplishments. We are now parents to three(!) great little kiddos.I listen to a wide range of music, and have attended countless acts. We can be found quite often at White Oak Music Hall in Houston. I read broadly, write a little, hunt and fish occasionally, exercise and/or hike when time permits and enjoy good food and drink with family and friends. I grew up in Australia but have called the US my home for some time; I became a citizen in 2012. I leave you with some Twain : “Apparently there is nothing that cannot happen today”. Amen to that.
