Three years ago, I left the U.S. Army to pursue a career in the sports industry - and I’ve never looked back! Since then, I’ve focused on shaping high-quality gameday experiences for fans and clients across collegiate summer league baseball, Division I college soccer, and now a stadium hosting professional soccer, football, rugby, and entertainment events.I specialize in building entertainment experiences from the ground up - supporting ticket sales and service teams, event sales staff, and tenant organizations to deliver events at the highest possible level. My focus is on creating seamless processes, empowering teams, and ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting positive impression.Prior to sports, I served five years as a Finance Officer in the U.S. Army, holding leadership, analyst, and staff accountant roles that I continuously leverage in my sports industry career.

Manages ticket operations for D.C. United of Major League Soccer and all special events at Audi Field. Serves as the ticketing access control manager for multiple sports properties to include Washington Spirit and the DC Defenders. Leads ticket operations technical support across the Ticketmaster suite of products and establishes SOPs for internal sales, service, and partnership teams. Responsible for management of all complimentary ticket allotments across internal teams and maintenance of partnership ticketing accounts. Additionally leads full-spectrum ticket operations for DC Power FC - managing inventory, pricing, FEVO sales training, and event builds, including map and manifest updates for alternate premium and supporter seating configurations. Manages one full-time employee and 25 part-time staff.
