   I\'ve spent over a decade at Microsoft helping people understand and use complex technology, from SharePoint workflows and Skype/Lync to Teams, Azure, identity, and security.My career has always been at the intersection of technical depth and human experience: making hard things understandable, and making products work better for the people who use them.Today, I work on Microsoft Entra ID, where my focus has shifted in a direction I find genuinely exciting. I now primarily oversee AI agents, deploying and directing them to improve UI/UX, generate and refine content, and enhance the customer experience at scale.
