UKI Structural Digital Delivery Lead. Working with project teams as well as digital leaders from other disciplines and global regions, and with the EURI B+P Digital team to develop and deliver a discipline-specific digital strategy that accelerates transformation and delivers growth and efficiency. This includes:• Enabling a new way of working• Defining and rolling out new digital capabilities• Creating a culture of innovation and motivating teams to adopt digital• Streamlining and automating workflows• Working with project teams to mobilise tools• Collaboratively determining and communicating preferred platforms, frameworks and cornerstone solutions for the Practice• Identifying digital talent in the Practice, mapping them to projects• Collaboratively mapping out the new digital capabilities for practice adoption• Developing business cases to justify investment in new digital capabilities. Support Build/ Buy/ Partner analysis• Supporting technicians and engineers in expanding their skills in using and developing digital toolkits.• Active participation in the wider UKI/Europe/Global engineering practice Digital Forums• Supporting computational approaches, new or improved workflows, looking for opportunities for innovation to use on strategic projects with the view to upscaling implementation across all projects.• Assembling and documenting bespoke workflows for projects for the UKI/Europe engineering• Supporting strategic digital innovation projects• Preparing educational materials for internal teams and clients• BIM Data strategy and Implementation • Creation and maintenance of UKI BIM and Digital Project Delivery Sharepoint site• Development and maintenance of BIM Standards and Guidance• ACC Adoption and Implementation• Supporting UKI Structures Embodied Carbon initiatives and development tools• Supporting the definition and delivery of interoperability scripts and codes, with a focus on BIM and 3D data-driven deliverables
