After working in QA for 12 years I started as an agile coach. This meant shifting the focus from the quality of the product more to the quality of processes, teams and people. The fundamentals remain the same though; analysing the causes of suboptimal quality, ascertaining if the conditions for improvement are available and driving those continuous improvements. I believe that in the case of teams and people, it is a matter of acknowledging and nurturing existing potential, through team coaching and individual coaching.
