ABOUT WISE OLAYIWOLA
In 2021, I made the decision to go back to university as a mature student to study psychology. At the time, I was working as a Workplace Manager in the commercial property sector while the role was stable, I knew I had more value to give.I wanted to do work that genuinely helped people, played to my strengths, and reflected my curiosity about human behaviour, strategic thinking, and organisational growth. I also wanted to increase my earning potential to better match the value I knew I could offer over time.Returning to university was a meaningful but costly investment. I’m realistic about wanting to see a return on that investment and committed to doing the work required to get there.Right now, that looks like rebuilding and reshaping my professional skill set brick by brick. Through content creation, community engagement, and storytelling.
