Hangry is a multi-brand virtual restaurant company, focusing on serving great foods through food delivery channels.Currently, I am responsible for managing both internal tools and a consumer-facing app.Highlighted Projects- Led Pantry, an end-to-end HRIS platform replacing third-party tools and saving IDR 676M annually in subscription costs, built for 2,934 staff across 246 outlet locations, featuring live attendance tracking for outlet staff and a back-office admin panel, delivered in ~3 months- Led an end-to-end reimbursement project that enabled the finance team to claim up to IDR 45 million per month from platforms such as Go-Food, Grab Food, and Shopee Food for cancelled orders by drivers. Improved efficiency for outlet staff by streamlining the reimbursement process through our POS system- Reduced user complaints in scanning QR codes by 54% through in-app instructions- Designed a centralized menu management platform to manage menus across 3 delivery platforms (Gojek, Grab, Shopee), boosting outlet staff efficiency by 97.8% and cutting operational costs by IDR 64M (89% savings) – slashed device needs from 45 phones to 5 across 5 new outlets.

I\'m a product designer with 5+ years of experience turning complex problems into products that are clear, scalable, and drive real outcomes. My career started in UX Research, which means I\'m as comfortable in discovery as I am in execution. I work at the intersection of strategy and craft, and I\'ve worked across OTA, e-commerce, health-tech, and F&B delivering measurable results: from saving IDR 676M annually through a custom HRIS for 2,900+ staff, to improving operational efficiency by 97.8% by consolidating three delivery platforms into one.
